Episode 1: The Dark Hand & the Start of the 12 Talismans

From Tubi

Greetings, fellow readers. I decided to use my free time to engage with some more entertaining & valuable than watching random YouTube videos. I’m starting, with this post, a series of stories surrounding Jackie Chan Adventures. You can find out more by creating your own, personal account at Tubi, TV Shows, which is one of the world’s largest streaming services right now. It’s free to use! Just be comfortable with a few ads every now and then (no worries–it’s MUCH less than you’d find on YouTube).

For those who want to join me in this journey, feel free to write down your comments below after watching the first episode. Essentially, I felt the amazing power of art through this first episode. I quickly desired to learn more about the artistry behind this TV show, including what motivated Jackie Chan and his producers to create such a classic. It seems like it was invented somewhere immediately after the 21st century–and of course, who doesn’t love to learn more about Asia?

To me, American culture has been heavily influenced by Asia. Of course, in this case, it’s China and Hong Kong. But, more than that, we know about the extremely famous manga and TV shows that we all loved while growing up–and it will never stop. More are being released–it’s a miracle come true. The Dragon Ball Z’s, the Naruto’s, the One Piece lovers. I really love how God and Jesus Christ have infused this world with the power of creativity. Seeing these alternative TV shows–as opposed to fully-American shows like Sponge-bob Squarepants–helps my heart grow an affinity for global culture and languages. 🌺💗😀

How wonderful it is that God inspired human beings with the power of art and creativity! Looking at these fabulous drawings makes me so happy. Also, with a character so famous and well-known as Mr. Jackie Chan, isn’t it exciting to know that God can inspire people to go beyond the realm of what’s humanly possible? In movies, Jackie Chan is already known to overcome the powers of nature & gravity by doing amazing stuns (sometimes, with the help of nice camera people). But, one initial impression I had with this episode is the EXCITEMENT that we can feel when we use our creative powers to express our imagination.
